Patent leather is one of the hot trends for fall and, not that I generally care about trends (I tend to favor classics) but every now and then one will capture my imagination.

My taste in patent leather tends to run rather ne plus ultra.  Here are a few shoes and bags that caught my eye.

Patent leather has really evolved over the years. There was a time when you couldn't pay me to wear patent leather because it looked so cheap, but now...

I had some patent leather slingbacks in college with a platform heel that I absolutely adored. I hope to find something similar this fall.

grrr... trying to save money but my feet are begging me for those Zanottis. Shoes and bags are my weaknesssssssssssss........
