There are scarves and then there are YumYums - soft cashmere neck warmers that are worn as an accessory to your outfit or outerwear.  I'm wearing mine today as I sit in this cafe trying to pretend it's not freezing in here!  I hate cold air on my neck, so I am glad I finally remembered to bring my YumYum.  They are handmade by women in Nepal working in cottage industries and, according to the women-owned company that designs and imports the YumYums, TDM Designs, a percentage of all cashmere sales will go towards education and health care in villages throughout Nepal.
