I know it is seemingly raining all over the world right now, but believe it or not - you never get a break from UVA/UVB rays and you still need to use a moisturizer with sunscreen. I always alternate, but my latest has been working really well for me -
Rx for Brown Skin Protect and Defend Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF 15. Along with just the right balance of moisturization (not too greasy, no traces of whitish residue on your brown face) it also helps even out your skintone gradually. I was a little worried at the small size of the 2.7 oz bottle, but it lasts quite a while - I've had mine since early April and I've only recently started to run out.
Now if only we could do something about this March weather in June...
Rx for Brown Skin Protect and Defend Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF 15 (2.7 oz) $26.00.

What a fantastic idea - sunscreen made especially for brown skin! Thank you for posting this. I've come across one too many that make me look pale because of their whitish cast.

I like it a lot. It's nice not having to wait for it "set" forever or wipe off half of the product because of the whitish cast.

That really looks like a secret weapon. I don't know about the price, but if you say it does it justice... I am having such big problems when it comes to sunscreen!

What problems are you having with sunscreen? Quite a few moisturizers already have it and they are usually in the $15-$30 price range (higher and lower too of course).
