The makeup look for Rebecca Taylor Fall 2012 collection was inspired by a rougher 'Downtown Girl'. An understated makeup look was created to compliment the collection. The look was achieved by emphasizing fuller brows, glowy highlighted skin and a sculpted cheekbone as model Herieth Paul demonstrates above.
A MAC makeup artist above works to acheive the perfect brow.
No gloss or lipstick was used for the look, only foundation. 'Matchmaster' foundation SPF 15 was used on the skin then a highlighter using Cream Color Base
in Pearl to give the skin the pale and dewy effect.
Kohl liner was used in the inner and out eyelid and smudged the the corners to give the eyes depth. In and effort to keep the eyes bare no shadow was used, only a little mascara.
Final Look.
