MAC Face Chart for Yigal Azrouël Fall/Winter 2012
Backstage at the Yigal Azrouël show MAC Key Artist Yadim and team worked their magic to create the look of "A modern day Francoise Hardy." To pay homage to the French singer and actress, the MAC team did subtle sculpting and highlights with a tougher brow. Yadim went for a tougher beauty look saying "She's not a girl who spends a lot of time in front of the mirror."
The look was achieved by applying MAC Face and Body Foundation with their hands on moisturized skin. Mineralize Charged Water Moisture Eye Cream.
The crease of the eye was shaded from the inner to outer lid using MAC's Powder Blush in Taupe MAC blush in Taupe with a #224 Tapered Blending Brush
. Taupe blush was added to the bottom lash lines to add contour with a
#226 blending brush. 'Chromagraphic' Pencil
was added to the waterline in a nude shade to brighten the eye.
Blush palette used in the creation of the look.
MAC blush in Taupe was used again with a #168 contour blush brush to define the cheeks. In addition, MAC blush in Something Special and Brit Wit Creme Blush were blended together, then softly dusted onto the apples of the cheeks using #188 Stripling Brush.
Pearl Creme Color Base was used to create highlights to the face. The makeup team warmed the product with their finger tips and added to the high planes of the face, cupid's bow, top of the cheek bone, bridge of the nose, inner corner of the eye and the eye lid.
Lips were moisturized with MAC Lip Conditioner to create a hydrated look.
