Have you ever heard of theanine? Neither of I, but apparently it is an amino acid found in tea that helps you concentrate more. I have to say, all of this tea news does nothing for this coffee lover. I have never been the biggest fan of tea - I have to be in the mood for it.
Theanine can be found in black, green or oolong tea and a recent study has found that it only takes twenty minutes to kick in and affect brain activity.

Usually, I'll just have some variation of green tea. Every now and then, I like a little lapsang souchong buy not often. For the most part, I consciously drink tea primarily because it is good for you.
