Very interesting. Unfortunately after my pregnancy it took me a while to get right back to working out. Thank God for breastfeeding! At least I was burning a bunch of calories that way.

Jessica Alba and Halle Berry both looked fantastic soon after giving birth. I lost my baby weigh easily, but the composition of my body was different. I am now pregnant with my second child and I plan to stick with a workout routine throughout. I think it will help me get back in shape after the baby comes. I will be looking into Ramona's video.

I had a baby last year and have those last stubborn 5 pounds to lose. I have always worked out 5-6 days/week, but I hit a plateau, so I ordered Phase 3 of 3-2-1 Baby Bulge Be Gone recently, and I'm really impressed. It's not overly easy like some pp workouts can be, and it really gets your heart pumping. After 5 workouts so far, I'm down another 1/2 inch in my waist and 2 lbs.

Also, Ramona's just a lovely person to work out to. Definitely give it a try if you're stuck in a rut. Next baby I'll get phases 1+2. I only wish I had found this sooner!
